MMC! is pleased to participate in The Billy Wilder Blogathon, celebrating the great director on the 108th anniversary of his birth on June 22. We’ll be posting on Wilder’s often maligned paragon of ’60s cool – Kiss Me, Stupid (1964). For us, no film in Wilder’s catalogue is deserving of a greater reversal of opinion that this transgressive rumination on small town life and moral flexibility. Next month, we’ll move the casting couch into the parlour and we hope you’ll check in.
